Chronobreak: Hearts of Ice is a project born from a Final Degree Project that has evolved into a much larger project. The final form is that of a fictional documentary that narrates the journey of a competitive League of Legends team through a regional league.
In this documentary, we aim to show not only the visible side of this electronic sport but also what lies beyond, that is, what surrounds the professional and personal life of a player as they go through an esports organization.
This field comprises disciplines such as physical fitness and sports, combined with video game training, mental health and handling pressure during moments of maximum tension during competition, nutrition and dietary control, or living with 4-6 other people who work, play, and live in the same house and offices as oneself.
